Welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I’m 23, a graduate, a chef and I’m coeliac.

A little about me, I was diagnosed with coeliac disease when I was 10 years old, 13 years ago now. I’ve grown up being coeliac. At times it has been a struggle, especially when your younger and you can’t eat what your friends are. Being coeliac is part of the reason I have cooked from a young age, if there was something I couldn’t eat, me and mum would make it.

I got my first part time job in pub kitchen when I was 14, starting at the bottom as washer up-er-er and working my way up. Since graduating from university, I’ve worked as a chef in a seafood restaurant in Sydney and I’m currently a chef of a family run pub in Lancashire.

I would love one day to open my own gluten-free hipster cafe, serving lots of gluten free goodies that are hard to come by, or that people who are coeliac can’t normally have.

On my corner of the internet, I’m going to post recipes-ALL GLUTEN FREE. A mix of baking, main meals, quick eats and product testing. Growing up, especially when i was younger I was so frustrated that there was so much I couldn’t eat, so I’m going to show you how you can.
